This high temperature grill is used for toasting and browning slices of bread, heating or reheating sandwiches, toasts, wraps, sandwiches, pizzas and brioches but also grilling vegetables, hamburgers, wurstel and precooked foods, or even simply hot holding dishes at a set temperature and defrosting frozen dishes.
Thanks to the separately adjustable heating elements, the device can be used as Salamander, simply by selecting only the upper heating element, ideal for grilling, top toasting and finishing off ingredients such as cheese, mornays and toppings.
